Beer Coasters The Bière de Garde Issue

This week's show is all about the Bière de Garde style.  So delicate and effervescent that we manage to insult both the French and the French-Canadians!  For the Fermentation Converstaion we try the award-winning Oro De Calabaza from Jolly Pumpkin(who, apparently can brew a Belgian beer better than the Belgians themselves).  After way too much yammering, Toby tries the Avant Garde Ale from Lost Abbey.  From there, Mike and Chris have an Ommegang-bang with Ommegang's Bière de Mars.  And finally, we yammer a little more before turning in our pint ratings.  We hope you enjoy the show as much as we do.  Cheers!
