In honor of this week's show since I missed it. I had an Ephemere from Unibroue last night. It's a white ale brewed with Apple juice. Mmm tasty. Like biting into a cold crisp granny smith.

Catching up on the issues I missed, and I'm listening to you guys struggling to come up with something to pair with the Lagunitas WTF. That's one of my favourite beers of late, and this is the best pairing I've discovered:

Adelle's grilled chicken/apple sausage served in a roll of Hawaiian bread, covered with a slightly spicy dijon mustard. OH my... yum.
