Beer Coasters Van Damn! Issue

Plus, Toby sits down with world-famous guitar player and craft beer aficionado, Keri Kelli, to rap about the Las Vegas beer scene and his involvement in it.

dammit.. I really wanted to go to it.
Also... I know that I wasn't supposed to respond this .. I'm not too sure about Mikes description of carbonation. My theory on beer/wine pairing is that the libation should enhance and compliment the flavors of the food and offering a lingering finish. I would hope that drink wouldn't cleanse the palette.. I think there are other things to do that..... water, crakers... etc.
