It's Oaktober, baby, so we sit down this week and try some totally "oaked out" craft beers. 1996 must have been a great year for new breweries, since all three of this week's are celebrating their 16th anniversary. Mike and Toby have been waiting an entire year to find the right time to try Stone's Belgo Anise Russian Imperial Stout, and the time has come. Toby then rolls out the Coronado Barrel Aged Barley Wine Ale and Mike trims up the Jew-fro and sips the Funky Jewbelation from He'Brew. It's been a great Summer and Fall has officially arrived, so expect some bigger, oakier, roastier beers to come. Cheers!
